Lawyer representing seller as well as Title CompanyWhat is the name of your state? Fl Is it ok for the sellers attorney to use his title company as well as represent the seller. I understand that in Florida the buyer chooses the title company but he is offering 50% off his fees. |

| Yeah, it's okay. However, in my state the buyer (or his lender) generally picks the closing company. If I were buying a house, I would want my own agent, lawyer and closing company working for ME.
