Lawyer required to draft Agreement of Sale?

I have heard that a few states require an attorney to draft the agreement of sale (or at least require an attorney's signature). Can anyone tell me which states have this requirement?

If you have a state specific legal question, post it and we may be able to help you. Also clarify exactly what an agreement of sale is. It appears you are referring to a purchase and sales constract rather than a form or vehicle to buy and own property.
