lease-purchase agreement with ex-husband

i,m in mississippi,and entered into an lease-purchase with my ex- husband to buy a trailer and 3acres of land. we wrote the agreement our selves and had it notarized at bank. this was a year ogo, now he wants it out of his name. my credit won't allow it so he says he will sell it and he won't repay me for payments or 2500. down-payment. can i do anything. please help.
