Leasing Agreement

What is the name of your state? Ohio
Hello I am leasing a house through lease purchase program and I want to continue to live in the house and would like to buy a 2 family home for my mother. Am I allowed to continue to stay in the lease purchase home and be a home owner renting out to tenants.

**A: why do you ask? For financing purposes, you can not apply for an owner-occupant loan.
