liability after 7 monthsWhat is the name of your state? Washington. Seven months ago we sold our home in Alaska, I received a call from the buyers today asking us to help pay for a crack in the sheet rock and a couple of other items which aren't even relevent to the home. There was an inspection done on the home and we paid a contractor to do the necessary repairs, totalling over $4,000. Are we liable to pay for this repair? |

| Were they noted in your walk threw? If not, you have no liability.
