Being taken advantage of

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania, My parent are selling their house, they are up there in age and i feel they have been taken advantage of by their agent. They put their house up without any of us knowing, i am pretty sure they did not have it appraised, he put their house on the market for $310,000.00 they have 14 acres of land and very nice house. I am told by my sister that it is the law that everyone has 5 business days to change their mind on any legal document. Is this true? or is there any other way to get them out of this? This is all they have to live on thru the sale of this house. Thank you very much for your help. Lisa

If your parents no longer want to sell their home all they need to do is contact the agent and withdraw the home from the market.

Just talked to her, she did sign contract but no escrow. Apparantly she does not want to get rid of him just wants him to change price. I think she's a little overwhelmed right now everyone is shoving their opinions on her. Neighbors think she's bringing the value of the community down. Anyway she's gonna have a convo. with him today will see what comes of it and i thank u 4 your help! have a beautiful day!
