| We live in Florida and are in the process of buying a house and I was told that even though we have offered the list price, the owner can still reject our offer. Is this true? If so, under what conditions? Thanks! |

| You are welcome. Just remember the Silicon Valley area when the list price of a home was $550K and the actual sales prices after a bidding war ended up at $895K. |

| While seller can reject he offer, generally a real estate agent who brings a full price offer expect to reveive a commission. So if the property is listed, and the seller rejects your full price offer with no better offer, he may legally owe the real estate agent a commission anyway. |
