Loan in my name, Title in both our names HELP

I made a huge mistake, I bought a house and the Loan is in my name only but both my name and my ex girlfriends name are on the title. We have parted ways and she now refuses to leave, she will not buy me out and she will not agree to sell the place. I left to stay with some friends for a bit and she has now changed the locks and will not return phone calls or email. I am now stuck with a place I cannot live in and cannot sell and a loan that I am responsible for. Is there anything I can do?
