loan is still not set and only 6 days til we close!

What is the name of your state? VA
We only have 6 days until we close and my husband and I don't even know what interest rate we are going to receive, we are taking out a VA/VHDA loan which is what it states in our purchase agreement, but now our loan officer is telling us that we might not be eligible for the VHDA part of the loan, and this will make our interest rate more, and our mortage a little more than we feel comfortable with paying. Do we have a way out of this agreement? And also our realtor has been NO help at all with our purchase of this house, we called her a week ago about this information, and she just YESTERDAY returned our call, stating she had been busy, and she would call the loan officer and discuss the matter with him, I called her an hour ago and she STILL hadn't talked to him and that was yesterday that she said she would talk with him immediately. She also told us that we had NO WAY OUT of this contract with the seller.... what is going on here?! I haven't signed my name in blood, and I know she is lying.... HELP!

**What does your Purchase Agreement state about your financing contingency?**

Writer, call your agent's principal broker and give him/her the facts about this incompetent agent. Make an appointment to meet with the broker and have the broker explain the financing contingencies to you.
