Looking for help on Deposit?

What is the name of your state?

What is the name of your state? Upstate NY

Hello I am new here to post but have seen some really great advice and I am hoping someone can help me.

Last year I was in the middle of buying a house. It was a manufactured house. Financing for those are harder to obtain(as I soon found out). But I really wanted this house. It had land, perfect location. So I signed an agreement on 7/25 with the closing date 9/25. Even though my creidt was A+ I found out almost to the end that I would need to put 30% down instead of the 10%. The sellers told me to move in and we would work on the seller financing. I was very excited. Now I had already gave them a $1,000 good faith and said if they wanted more I could do that. They said no. I worked with several lenders all telling me the same thing. SO the sellers said I could rent until I had the financing. I thought OK. Not OK> I lived there paying rent for a few months. We had agreed on 500 rent. In April I received a 30 day notice(they decided they wanted to sell to someone else) and I was ok with this. I had financing but not the extra 15 % I needed down. I asked if they were still going to work with me on this and they said we decided not to. I said ok and walked away and bought another house. I asked if I could get my good faith deposit back and my realtor said that because I did not pay the taxes from Jan -May that I would not get it back. I said I was to pay taxes only upon taking the house and that I even agreed to pay going back. I looked at my contract and it said that if I did not obtaion financing then it would be returned if I singed an release along with the sellers. They said they were not going to because they had to pay the taxes. What does on have to do with the other?

Sorry so long but I am at a loss?

I agree**************.....

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

**A: NO, that is not the point. This website is not for marketing a political candidate period. Your user name does just that.

Sorry, he's just looking for advice and probably did not give one thought to his name. So he/she wants to vote for Kerry big deal. I have seen other names on here not quite fitting but they still get advice.
