Changed mind after listing home....HELP!!!

What is the name of your state?Michigan
My wife Rushed into listing a home she has for sale,its been 2 days and now she's reconsidering....Can she change her mind if selling through a remax agent?Or is she stuck with selling her house?

RE Broker in Kansas:

Depends on your written agreement with the Brokerage....

You should be allowed to take it off the market but you will not be able to list the property with another agent/brokerage until the agreement you are currently in expires.

Check with your agent and their supervising broker. If they haven't spent much money and time on the listing they might terminate the agreement.

Additionally, if you ever want to break any agreement that involves real estate**************..you always should be advised to consult an attorney before you do anything.

So......Consult with a Real Estate Attorney....or maybe one will post.....
