manufactured home buying

What is the name of your state? ok In 1998 our daughter applied for a mobile home loan. Her credit was not good enough, so the seller of mobile homes(new) had her sign her father's name to the contract and credit application. At the time, her father told her he would co-sign the note but he would not be the applicant. We signed papers as a co-signer at the mobile home business. We considered selling the mobile home, so we requested copies of the contract and credit application. The papers we recieved are the papers that our daughter signed, not the ones we signed. Plus the papers received have all kinds of information that is wrong. Such as wrong ss#, address, phone #'s, bank account #'s, and I am the applicant and my daughter is the co-applicant.The business has falsified the information so they could make a sell. They also ran a credit check on me. We would have not bought the new mobile home if our daughter could not qualify for it. We own a home and it says this mobile home will be our primary residence. What can we do?

Are these papers legal and binding? Are they worth the paper they are typed on? Do we contact the mobile home business and asked why they altered the original papers? Do we continue paying for the mobile home? Whose mobile home is it?
