Sorry I have been away. My Dad, a 35 year veteran Real Estate Broker has recently passed away. I will certainly miss his knowledge and support. I hope that this site, and it's members, can help make up for what I will be missing concerning Real Estate.

And, you can't believe how much I have been missing reading HG's posts....hahaha
