The problem is that we are unable to find my brother in another state and he has two leins on the property in his name. I understand that the leins are to be paid out of his share of the house once it is sold. But can we sell without his signature? Can we sell and hold his remaining part of the sale monies in an account for him? |
**A: you need an attorney.
