| Recently we special ordered a mobile home. When it was delivered three weeks ago It was not what we ordered. Now the manufacturer and the salesman tells us oh well deal with it. The mobile home has now been onsight for three weeks and is still not set up.. The company told us this morning that they have an arbitration clause and that an attorney will not help us..What are our options and what are they responsible for?????????? |

| Do not pay until you get what you contracted for. Tell them you will file a complaint with the State Consumer Protection Office, AG and Federal Trade Commission. That should get them moving. The arbitration clause will not work if they do not deliver the right product. |
