Modular home prices vs. mobile home prices

I am from New York. I purchased a modular built home 3 years ago. At the time, I was with the understanding that all homes in this park would be modular built homes. The owners built and sold 5 modular homes. Now 3 years later, all but the original 5 are manufactured homes. The question I have is that the price of a new manufactured home is 20 - 30,000.00 less than what I paid for mine. If I ever wanted to sell my home, who would pay what I would have to sell it for when you could get a brand new one for at least $20,000 less.
Is there any recourse or anything I can do about this? Or am I stuck with a modular home among manufactured homes?

Unless there is a recorded restriction limiting the type of homes, you are stuck with your mod among the lessers.
