morgage loans

my friend bought a house in oklahoma. he is russian and used a russian agent when he bought his house. the interest rate is very high and he wants to refinance his house. according to his contract he can not refinance for a lower interest rate. when he signed the contract he did not completely understand it. is there anyway to get out of this contract and get a more reasonable interest rate?

Have an attorney review the contract.
