Mortgage Fraud

I bought a condo down in longwood flordia last april.
I am looking for a way to get out of the condo because I believe
the appraiser, real estate agent, seller, and mortgage company
were all in on the deal the condo's was appraised well above value.

I was wondering if the following things that these people did would
be worth following up on which could possibly make them buy back the condo from me?

First

1.They gave me back twenty thousand dollars after the sale and never disclosed this to the bank. I atually found my own lender to work with because there lender wanted to charge me very high rates.

2. They tried to get me to use there lender and if I didn't they wouldn't follow through with paying for my closing costs which they agreed to initially.

3. Since I live in Massachusetts I had to do a closing via mail. They sent me all the paper work to sign and get notarized and told me to send it back to them. Well, I got the papers
later then expected and signed them but couldn't get them notarized because they needed them back asap. I told them I hadn't got them notarized and they said it was alright and to send them back asap.

Looking back now I'm guessing that got someone to notarize them down in Flordia. Could this void the contract I have with that lender?

Does it look like I have a case

Thank you for all your help '

David

Gee.... that sounded so good to you.... that you 'turned off' all the normal 'alarms' that should have gone off, huh??
Are you willing to give them back the $20,000??

Isn't it just great when these people who participate in what they KNOW is a scam.... then whine when they want to get out of it?? This is one of the reasons for the mortgage conditions our country faces.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

I came to this board asking for advice. Not to get chastised
for a bad decision and no I didn't know it was mortgage fraud until after the deal was done.

Frankly, I'm surprised your a senior member of this board beacause
you're bringing absolutley nothing to this post.

I see that with all that 'indignation'.... you still didn't answer my question:
"Are you willing to give them back the $20,000??"

Or do you think you should profit from this possible fraud and walk away scot-free??

Who gives a crap what your 'interest' is?

You are a 'newbie' mortgage scammer who got caught by the professionals!!
Now you are whining and bitching about your getting caught. I have NO sympathy for your bleatings....
As I already said, 3/4ths of the 'mortgage crisis' facing us (and the 'bailout' by US tax payers) was caused by idiots like you who figured they could whore themselves out and make 'free' money.

And don't even try to tell us that you are a victim here. Victims don't buy a condo and walk away from the deal with money in THEIR pocket!!!
