| We just bought a house in Northern Kentucky, on the contract it says we will close on the 30th of July and have occupancy on or before the 6th of August. The sellers are telling us we can't move in until after 12:00 Noon, this is not listed on the contract. there is something in there about "tenants rights", but doesn't actually list them anywhere. Is this where they are getting the possesion after Noon or are they making this up to get more time for their new place to close?? |
