Question

My buyer backing out of contract

What is the name of your state? SC

We have used an "uniform real estate contract" for the state of SC when selling our home (by ourselves).

Now...our buyer may be backing out.

They only paid $500 in earnest money...not a big deal.

Do we have any legal recourse?
