Name on deeds

If my boyfriend and me are buying a home and his dad will give him money every month for the mortgage His dads name is going on the house deed and my boyfriends name. They want to exclude my name, will I still own the house the house even if my name is not on the house deed but my name will be on the mortgages papers?

I live in CT

So that means I won't own the house but I will end up with a mortgage payment and I'll end up with nothing

My response:

Now, you're understanding.

Why would your neighbor have the car, while you make the payments for 5 years?

Only a complete and total FOOL would do as you are contemplating! Tell Papa and Bo no dice and then find a new Bo who respects you enough that he will not go along with such an assinine arrangement!

Sounds like neither one of you is in a postion to buy the house. if the dad is puttin gup the money EACH month it is HIS house. If your relationship is ony boyfriend and girlfriend, I wouldn't want you having any say. If the dad is doing for the son's credit then that is his choice. His son is not learning anything by it but they own you nothing. You will have to help with bills. you cant live rent free either.
