I live in Tx, my husband lives in Wyoming. He wants to purchase property in Az. Can he buy something without my signature? Also he told me that if I can't afford to pay on it (half of the payment), I HAVE to sign off on it, meaning that if he sells it down the road, I can't get any of the profits. Do I have to do that? I thought everything after we are married in ccommunity property?
