need to know?

What is the name of your state?n.j. i was wondering if a signed offer sheet from both parties seller and buyer is binding on commercial property , or can you sell to another buyer , no contract was ever intoduced and can i be stopped legally from selling to some one else?

What exactly is on the 'sheet' that you refer to? If it is an agreement, then you can be bound by it and what it states.
