Need options

What is the name of your state? IN
We have attempted to close 3 times we are first itme buyers but our broker and a loan officer tried getting us funded and we were but the house was not.We had no idea WHAT an appraaiser looks at we saw a house that needed windows as the revious owner broke them a total of 1900 dollars thats it. Anyways they tried getting us typical mortgages and now its almost too late we have til the 14th thats it we had no idea we needed something different/\. Waht we need is a handyman special loan or a homestyle loan. We have no idea where to turn we expected the people oin the field to direct us in the right order and they failed us. We did not know a ouse has to be in move in condition in orde to obtain a mortgage on it. Surely most homes in my budget do need improvments. We are asking if anyone knows a lender for this type of situation. Thanks

Find another house. Apparently the house is NOT worth as much as the mortgage you wanted on it.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.
