I currently bought a house with my boyfriend and it's in both of our names. We're breaking up and i want out. I don't want any money, I don't want anything really except for my name to be off of the house. What do I do?

Tell him to refinance in his name only or file partition

Or you could just deed your interest to him.

Of course, the loan has to be paid off before you are shut of that obligation.

waht if his father holds our mortgage is there an easier way out? His father bought the house and we pay him.

If pa will release you from the mortgage and have son refinance it and then son you deed your interest to son, then everyone should be happy.
