| | | | Need to refi What is the name of your state? CA
I purchased a house with my two brothers about 5 years ago and wanted to refi. I have been living and paying all the bills and mortgage payments since we bought the house. I need to get some cash out to reconsolidate my bills. How can I refi the house under my name only and get my brothers names off the deed? Any suggestions would help. |

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| | | My suggestion would be to buy the brothers out via making a written offer, getting it accepted, then applying for purchase financing. |

| | | | Thanks JETX I found a free quit claim deed online and will get my two brothers to each sign a copy. Will this form work for my situation? Here is the link to the free quit claim deed form.

Looks very simple but will this be sufficient. |

| | | | Thanks Guru, will check. I will check the mortgage note for any "due sales clauses." Is this the same as an early repayment penalty? | |
