Neighbor is harassing buyer

What is the name of your state? PA

I am not sure what course of action we can take if any... we have a challenging neighbor adjacent to the property we are selling.. our buyer was recently at the property and the neighbor came flying over and basically harassing him and telling him all sorts of lies about the property and threatening them - no surprise we just got a phone call saying they are backing out of the deal...

What can we legally do about this guy?

we are going to call the police

(PA) but I am thinking he will start to get ugly- he's broken into our cabin twice now(or we think it's him-but really have no proof-but he's the only one who really has shown an interest is trying to keep us away) and the police don't really want to get involved because these are cabins and they don't feel they are really important.

SO- we think he will make it worse like burning down the cabin or something- plus if he is threatening our buyers can is there anything legally we can do- like possibly sue him for loss of sale??? I don't think he has much, and probably couldn't pay- he's pretty much a waste but if it would help I am all for it.

Have your attorney write him a letter, maybe that will scare him.

Oh- guns won't bother him- he's threatened us

not so much with physical harm or in so many words- but he brags about his arsenal of guns and when we are there and are lucky enough to have him there as well, he always goes outs and shoots off a couple of rounds. Wonderful fellow.

Ok, will contact our attorney and see what he can do- we thought about contacting him with a police officer present so that we have a witness in case something does happen...M

My devil advice....

Now, you don't have to take this seriously**************.

1. Call the ATF. Tell them he brags about having "machine guns" and "explosives."

2. Take a gun and shoot your house......call the police and say he did it.

3. Call Gweedo, the mobster......bada bing bada bang

4. Call the NAACP**************.tell them your neighbor is holding KLAN meetings.

You may be able to keep him off your property, but he doesn't have to stop being "annoying" from his.

If you're going to "Wrestle a PIG" **************.. you must be prepared to get "a little" dirty.

That's an idea****************************I am going to write a book**************.."How to get rid of your neighbor in 10 days." **************************** Maybe it will become a Movie too!!!

For the record, it's "Guido". (It's ok, we don't expect you mid-westerners to get that right )
