| Neighborhood Covenants What is the name of your state?

When you purchase a home with neighborhood covenants and later find out that there had been an amendment to the original covenants and were never given a copy of the amendment--is this legally wrong? The amendments shows that one particular lot was sold to someone for access to their private property only--now they want to build a neighborhood using that lot as access to the new development. I live directly across from this lot and was never informed about the amendment. I only received the original covenants as did all of the other residents in our neighborhood. |
