Neighbors Sabatoging Sales

I'm selling my house in North Carolina. My neighbors are *******s and are sabotaging the sale of my house. They have told potential buyers that my house is unstructurally sound and that we have moisuture problems. They have killed at least 2 offers that I know about. Just last week I had an offer. The potential buyers walked the property and met the neighbors, the neighbors talked their crap, and the buyers backed out. I know this because my real estate agent told me. Do I have any recourse to stop my neighbors?

**A: yes. Rather that putting up with this crap why don't you hire a home inspector, fix what you can on the report and then give the prospective Buyer's the inspection report and your list of items corrected. Then you have proof and evidence to contradict the BS from the neighbors.
By the way, on what premise are the neighbors saying not structually sound and moisture problems? They must know something.

No-- the neighbors don't know anything. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the house. They tried to stop us from building the house when we originally built it. The house is smaller and less expensive than all of their 500K homes. They didn't want us building because they said we'd bring the property value down. They are just being malilcious.
