New construction, easement issuesWhat is the name of your state? NC All I can say about this website is that the people frequenting here are rude and hateful. I am deleting my posts and removing myself from this forum. Last edited by jalonzo; 12-12-2006 at 12:42 PM. |

| First go look in the mirror and see the face who ALSO goofed up in this. For you it is to late but for others, get your OWN agent and or Atty when you are spending this much money if you can not afford an Atty then you can not afford a house. Second what WRITTEN proof do you have that any of this was said to you? In a new subdivision there is often no HOA until a certain percentage of the homes are finished but there are restrictions. ALWAYS get your own survey and ALWAYS get an inspection no matter if the last nail was put in two weeks ago! ALWAYS! Do you have a case, I don't know you can take it to small claims and determine what your damages are if you can not afford an Atty to fight it out for you. My own opinion is you haven't a prayer without legal representation and some 350 dollar words. But that is only a feeling which has nothing to do with the law! |
