Question

New Contract

What is the name of your state? NEW JERSEY
Can someone please tell me how long I have to back out of a contract to sell my home? If the buyers start to pick on every little thing they can find just to have money deducted, or I don't want to make minor repairs that their home inspector wants, can I just say the "forget it'. "Not worth the aggravation"? I just signed a contract two days ago and already there are issues.
Thanks

Read your contract carefully, every little word, all the small print. Inspection issues and what happens if either the buyer or seller back out of the contract
should be addressed in the contract. If all else fails, ask your realtor.

**A: read the contingencies in the contract. And why did you not ask your Realtor?

The realtor said 7 days but I read the contract and it stated that if I did not want to make every repair that the home inspector comes up with, the buyers can either waive it or void the contract. I just wanted to be sure that's the case, tired of getting taken advantage of. Thanks for any advice.
