New Home

What is the name of your state? Washington
I am purchasing a new house from a developer. There is a baywindow in this model home that was to be included only when we got to the 1st options meeting we found that it was an option and it costs 2K. I'm wondering if i have any options to have this money returned to me? The builder has developments all over and in this development only this feature is an option. The problem for me is that they didnt tell us until after we signed the purchase and sale agreement. We recieved 3 copies of the options lists from them and they all did not list the bay window as an option. The floor plans we recieved for our development also had this bay window included. The website for the development we were purchasing had the bay window included. Now the company says we just had the wrong options list...but they sent it to us. They have also corrected their website. The only option they have had for us is to let us out of the agreement. However, we would like to buy the house but feel like we've been baited and switched. Have we any ground to stand on?

**A: how much are we talking about here? Without a review of all the docs, we will not be able to say if you have a valid complaint.
