No Contingency Help!!

What is the name of your state? South Carolina

My family and I are looking for a home. We think we found one and we really love it. The only problem I have is that is says No contingencies. It is a REO property, and it is at a good price. The only contingency I wanted was a home inspection paid for by us, of course. Any advice? We got burned before w/o a home inspection (that we thought we had, except they were all in each other's pockets, but that's another story), so an inspection is really important to us. Any ideas???

put in an offer with the contingency, they will either accept it or not, nothing you can do about that. if its a great price and they wont let you have the inspection contingency, you can bet your bottom dollar something is wrong.
