NON-US Citizen

What is the name of your state? Outside US

What i would like to know is that is it possible for someone to buy a home in United States who is a NON US Citizen and doesn't have permenent residency. If yes what are the requirements?

Almost anyone can buy US property (unless restricted due to terrorism or other sanctions), so the only requirement is money.

A US tax identification number (if no valid social security number) is required when filing any US tax forms, so you might need that number to do any banking. You would need such a number when selling the property for filing US (and probably state) tax forms to account for capital gains (whether any tax is due or not). Yes, but "someone" can't live in it as his/her primary residence without having proper documentation of legal status in the US.
