NYC I want to buy seemingly abandoned property

I have found some property that is owned by a company that i cannot locate or contact. The people that the building is registered to are all not listed in the city yellowpages, and the person search services online cannot locate them either. How do i buy this property?

The real property tax office should have the info of the owner or agent.
