Offer on real estate

confused: What is the name of your state? California

We bid on a home and furnished a copy of our Loan Approval Letter. In the seller's counteroffer they want an updated Loan Approval Letter AND FICO Score. I do not think it's necessary for the seller and his agent to have our FICO score, it's private information and the updated Loan Approval Letter should be sufficient. Is there any privacy laws that protects us on this???

You do not need privacy laws... it is a counter offer.
Write a counter offer to theirs, supplying what you want to provide to them, and send it back.
A loan approval letter should suffice. They should not need your FICO score, it is none of their business...

And if you don't like their 'offer', you are certainly free to move on and purchase elsewhere.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

**A: that's correct. Dog gone it, I would even be willing to give the Seller my FIDO score.
