My response:

First of all, you haven't given us enough information on the tanks.

Second, what does this have to do with "Buying and Selling a Home"? That's the forum you're on.

Third, when you posed this question, with ALL of your known information and facts, to the EPA, what did they tell you?

Yes lots of them, most old dry cleaners with underground storage tanks have at least some contamination.

The cost to clean up can be as little as a few tens of thousands and as much as many millions. The average is over $100k. Talk to the North Carolina Department of Environmental and Natural Resources about it. If you are concerned about revealing your identity or problems they will usually talk to you on an anonymous basis.

Unless you are in a Superfund site the EPA will not govern this.

Good luck

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
