A realtor was showing a client a house down the street from me and they saw my for sale by owner sign. They expressed interest and she called me and said they would like to see it. I agreed, but we did not sign a one time showing contract. She attempted to reach them to set something up but was unable to reach them. In the meantime, they came by on their own and want to make me an offer on the house. Will I be required to pay their realtor a fee and what is the standard rate if I have to?
