I recently purchased a new house, and opted to keep my old house, I still have 8 years DOT on my old house, and am now considering selling my house owner financing.

Is there a way to do a contract for deed with an open deed of trust?

**A: maybe but this is not a job for a do it yourselfer. Start with reviewing your mortgage to see if there is a due on sale clause.
