P&S AgreementMaine We are selling our house without a real estate agent and have been asked to provide a Purchase & Sale Agreement. Is there somewhere I can download a good one for free? Thanks |

| This forum sells forms. Look at the top links. There is one called "legal forms". If you shoot me a message, I will e-mail you one that I use, HOWEVER, it is very basic. Unless your contract is very basic, you would have to write a lot in. |

| You may want to check locally if you don't find your state form online there. Many forms are state specific and structure the offer based on standard practices for that state. In WI, for example, any residential offer must really be done on the State Bar approved WB11, which is several pages long. Those one or two page generics would not work. I STRONGLY recommend having an attorney review the offer before acceptance, having a title company hold the earnest money, and getting a TRUE prequalification letter, if possible.
