partition action specificsWhat is the name of your state?Calif Can one "partner" purchase the property when the court orders it sold? Or does it have to be purchased by a third party? We would like to buy it but our co-owners seem to think the property is worth much more than we do. |

| Once the current appriasal is completed and a price set, anyone can make an offer. If you think your partner is inflating the price, have a real estate attorney make the offer for you. That way, you don't have to reveal your identity until closing ![]()
