Please ADVISE cancellable or not without trouble

What is the name of your state? NJ

- The attorney review period ended Wedneday and my attorney sent a letter saying that the Contract is disapproved in its presnet form. The attorney put in rider to the contract saying that if the seller agrees to the riders please approve. NOW, I have decided since then I WANT OUT and I do not want to proceed with the purchase. Am I obligated? Please ADVISE

**A: not if you terminate before the date the rider is accepted or has expired on its own term.

are you saying that I CAN CANCEL assuming the RIDERs were not accepted?

There was no expiration date given on the riders at all. No mention of dates whatsover

**A: Yes, because you do not have an accepted contract.

**A: then what's up with your attorney? That is not the right way to write up contracts. There has to always be a date of acceptance by and if not accepted by said date, the contract becomes null and void.

My question remains. I cannot comment on attorney and do not have ability to talk to him now.
Can I still CANCEL if RIDERS have not been accepted?

Trouble, no one can answer your question since we can't READ the contract. You need to either:
1) Read the contract and comply with the process noted therein, if any, or
2) Contact the attorney who did the contract and ask him/her, or
3) Send the other party a WRITTEN notice of intent to cancel and assume the risk of possibly not complying, or
4) Have ANOTHER (more competent) attorney review the documents and advise you how to cancel (if you can).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Nope, Western Union makes damn good money on them. But why would you send a telegram.... when a FAX is so much better, faster, cheaper and confirms receipt??

**A: of course you, since your attorney is not around. And make sure you call and tell the Seller and/or their agent.
