Post settelment occupancy What is the name of your state? California
Hi all,
We are in the process of closing escrow for our new home, need following advise:
a) We are giving 30 days period rent back option to seller. So seller will be occupaing our new house for 30 more days after the closing.( Seller will pay our mortgage payment + HOA dues+ property tax for that one month)
What kind of agreement we should have with seller ? Can we prepare this agreement ourself ? ( Our real estate agent refused to prepare this agreement by asking additional $600 )
