Posted House Price on the Internet

I found a house on the internet, called the selling agent, talked to her about the house on the phone and set up a time to look at the house. We looked at the house and told the agent we wold buy the house on the spot. Her responce was 'You do know the house is 135K' and I said 'No for the posting on the internet was 78K'. At this time she discussed talking in her office and with the seller and other agents that it was posted wrong, however, she said nothing until I said I would buy the house. Is this a bait and switch? Who is responsable for the price being wrong on the internet listing? Is there any recourse or is this just a human error and all forgiven?
