Question

Pot Rack?

What is the name of your state? or

is a pot rack considered a fixture of the house and should we have to return it to the sellers that purchased our house?

***Then it is considered a fixture. You should have asked for it to be excluded from the sale. Did you use a Realtor? Maybe your Realtor will purchase another one for them, it should have been excluded from the listing if you wanted to keep it.***

Ok, but suffice it to say, it's a good thing this thread has not gone to pot.
