Property disclosure

What is the name of your state? Florida

I recently purchased a home in Florida. Now that I have moved in, I have noticed that behind the cabinets in the kitchen and in the bathroom there is mold growing on the walls. I wanted to find the source so, I ripped out the cabinets in the bathroom and then ripped down the walls and it was sopping wet between the drywall and the concrete. I tore everything out so it could dry (just in the bathroom) to make sure there was not still a leak. It did dry up. I then looked more closely in the kitchen and it has the same problem. There is actually mold growing out of the electrical outlets. The buyer and agent told me there was hurricane damage from last year, but that there was only roof damage and that had been fixed. Obviously, the drywall was never replaced and the moisture has been trapped in the walls since the roof breached. My question is do I have any recourse at this point? And if so, what would be my first step. I am also wondering about the inspection, wouldn't the inspector notice something like this? I closed the end of April.

**A: where is your Realtor? Where is the Seller disclosure statement?
Why did you not contact the inspector and request a re-inspection?
