property misrepresented in mls

What is the name of your state?
south carolina

we are buying a condo in south carolina. the mls listed clearly that insurance was included in the poa's. now...10 days from closing..we find out it is NOT. the property was obviously misrepresented by the selling agent. what are our legal rights?

You will notice on all MLS publications, it states clearly that the info is deemed to be accurate but there are no guarantees.

You must look on your own written contract for the terms of the sale, not on promotional literature.
