Purchase Agreement

well ..the buyer is trying to backout of this
house purchase deal...He made us an offer
we accepted..and now...he is asking for a $ 2000.00 discount...no reason exept cosmetical
things...that he think I should pay for...

so my question is
Should I give him this or not...and if not
wath?
If he backout of this shoul I keep the deposit money?
Is this a binding of the contract?]
