I really don't know if this is the right forum to post my question, but thought I would give it a try.

We have a mortgage of course. The question is Can I change the due date on my mortgage? My current mortgage is telling me that they cannot change the due date on our mortgage due to them not being the original creditor who made the contract. Our mortgage was sold to our current mortgage holder. Are they giving me the runaround or telling us the truth. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
