Question about terminating Buyers agency agreement and a discrepancy in the contract

Was hoping for some help, I've decided to just to let my attorney know my situation.

When you throw this into the mix

I don't wish to work with another agent in his office.

you DO indeed sound like you got something else up your sleeve.

What is your proof

has violated his fiduciary duties to us.?

Note: I did not say FEELINGS.

Since we have not idea what fiduciary duties you are talking about and since we have no idea what kind of restraints the agent is working under that you have imposed upon him (you have a right to impose your wishes etc.) then we can't really tell you if you have cause to terminate the contract.

You can try an wiggle out based on the dates but clearly the contract could not expire before it began. Don't know how a judge might look at it.

um no, you accused me of trying to buy a for sale by owner behind my realtor's back. That is untrue, I have never looked at ANY FSBO, nor is it LEGAL ADVICE. Serves me right for thinking any forum titled "freeadvice" could help.
lcannister, I doubt you are an attorney with all the free time you have posting rude messages on the free(lol)advice site.
And if you are an attorney, I am thinking you passed the bar in a town in mexico populated by 12 people.
That being said, no, you weren't useful, nor gave any useful help.
edit: yep- you said it yourself- not an attorney! http://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=347210
